1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through clvs-lingerie.com, operated by CLVS Lingerie & Swimwear BV (BE 1019.752.585), registered at Dreef 80 Bus 1, 9930 Lievegem, Belgium. Contact: info@clvsworldwide.com
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
2. Our products
Every CLVS piece is handmade to order in limited quantities. No two drops are the same — once a style sells out, it is not restocked. Product descriptions, images, and sizing guides are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed via Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored by us. Orders are not fulfilled until full payment is confirmed.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include Belgian VAT where applicable. CLVS does not operate promotional discount codes. Our pricing reflects the handmade craftsmanship, premium materials, and individual attention that goes into each piece.
5. Shipping & delivery
We ship across the EU and selected international destinations. Estimated costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on orders over €100 (Belgium & most EU countries)
- Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Montenegro: free shipping from €150
- Monaco, UAE, Qatar: free shipping from €200
- Maximum delivery time: 21 working days from order date
Standard international shipping does not include tracking or insurance by default. For tracked or insured shipping, contact us at info@clvsworldwide.com before placing your order. Once your order leaves our hands, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We cannot be held liable for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier delays.
If your order is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, we will offer a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography — is the property of CLVS Lingerie & Swimwear and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimer & liability
