Examples of countries falling under this category include Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Slovakia. 4.10. Customers residing in these countries must reach a minimum order value of 150 euros to be eligible for free shipping. 4.11. The adjusted minimum order amount accounts for the higher shipping expenses associated with delivering to these specific destinations. 4.12. It is important to note that this higher threshold of 150 euros is only applicable to customers residing in Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Slovakia. 4.13. Moreover, it is essential to acknowledge that no package dispatched outside Belgium is insured or shipped with track & trace as a standard procedure. 4.14. If a parcel gets lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we send a replacement or refund you in full. Within the EU no customs duties apply. 4.20. A return travels at your risk and cost.
