14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 14 days after you received it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at contact.clvs@gmail.com or through our contact form, with your order number. Then send the items back within 14 days after telling us.

Hygiene
You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please try briefs, bodysuits and swimwear bottoms on over your own underwear, with the hygiene liner in place. Items must come back unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. If an item was handled more than needed to try it on, we deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refund
We refund the items within 14 days after you cancelled, on the payment method you used. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back.

Exchanges
Need another size? Return the item and place a new order, that is the fastest way to get it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us your order number and a photo. We pay the return shipping and send you a replacement or a refund. Your 2-year legal guarantee always applies.
