What we process and why
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address and what you bought, to deliver your order, handle returns and keep our accounts (our contract with you and our legal duty to keep accounts). You pay on the secure page of Stripe, your card or account details never reach us.
- Contact form and email: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message, to answer you (our legitimate interest in helping you).
- Shopping bag: the items in your bag and your country are stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.
Who receives your data
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting of this website and the contact form), Google (our email) and the carrier that delivers your parcel. They use your data only to provide that service. Some of them may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for the 10 years Belgian accounting law requires. Messages as long as needed to help you, and at most 2 years after our last contact.
Cookies
We do not use analytical, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
